Walking along West 57th Street the other day, I came upon this small bust of composer Bela Bartok along with a plaque commemorating the fact that he lived at this address - 309 West 57th - during the final year of his life.

I wonder where Dvorak stayed when he lived in NYC.

I love coming across stuff like this in NYC. I must have walked by this Bartok bust 100 times but I just happened to notice it on this particular day.
